This is a brief description of the service ...

We can also provide a extensive wire eroding service. We run a Charmilles Robofil 290 wire machine. This is a CNC 5 axis machine capable of complex 3D shapes. As well as the machine control we have the ability to program the machine using surface data and/or 2d profiles, using our extensive Design & programming department. We have the ability to machine a number of different materials using the machines inbuilt technology files. The machine uses different wire materials and thickness depending on the demands of the job in hand.
