This is a brief description of the service ...

Frontier Design Limited is able to produce complete 3D tool designs. Our area of expertise covers all forms of Injection Mould Tools, Multi Material Tools, Blow Moulds, Diecast Dies and Trim Tools. The company has two decades experience in Tool Design from small single impression prototype to 20ton multi drop hot runner production tools. We have experience in multi material multi cavity tooling from single part tools to multi impression rotating tools. 

We can also produce 3D electrode surfaces.

Another service that we can provide is to modify existing Mould Tool surfaces to suit new requirements.

As well as having the usual Tool room facilities we also employ the latest machine technology. This technology includes High Speed (42000 rpm) Machining, 5 Axis Wire EDM and Fast Hole Burning. The latest PowerMILL and Machining Strategist Cam software is used and in conjunction with our highly skilled staff they produce tooling second to none.
