This is a brief description of the service ... One of the strengths of Frontier Design Limited is the full reverse engineering facility it can provide. Having purchased a 3D Cyclone stand alone Digitizer in 1995, we have gained the knowledge required to offer our clients a wide range of services. A simple example of a toothbrush blister pack.
This captured data can be manipulated by using both Delcam CopyCAD and ProEngineer software.
We can scale models in X, Y and Z, invert them (male or female) and then produce surface data, IGES files or a solid part.
Alternatively we can machine forms directly from the captured data.
Also we are able to produce 2D and 3D section drawings of previously "unknown" forms.
A Helmet assembly Reverse engineered from existing Moldings, and Pro engineer models Created and assembled.
We can also digitise components and compare them like for like, similarly electrodes can be compared to surface data as an inspection aid prior to sparking. |
