   A in-depth description of this Service.

We have an an onsite injection moulding facility which we use for producing prototype parts of production quality. We also run small batches to full production runs. Because of the diversity of projects we have become experienced in processing  many exotic materials. This is part of the service we have given to several large pharmaceutical companies, and design consultants to enable them too evaluate and certificate different types of material for a particular part.

 

We also have off and on machine drying facilities including a DEGA dehumidifier dryer. We have water and a oil heaters. This enables us to process a variety of engineering plastics many of which have very precise process windows.
