Frontier Design Limited have a complete understanding of all the various manufacturing techniques involved in enabling a design to become a finished product.

This understanding of manufacturing processes enables us to give our customers a finalized design that they can give, with confidence, to a manufacturer with the knowledge that there will be no extra "hidden costs" involved.

We can also create or improve existing jigs and fixtures to give cost reductions within a manufacturing process.

Design for manufacture also encompasses our abilities to use standard components where possible. This can amount to large cost savings on the final product.

We have consulted and work on projects for a number of large pharmaceutical companies, and Design consultants, were we have teamed up with their industrial designers and production engineers to speed up the concept  through to production, often bypassing or cutting out unnecessary prototyping.
