Our Deckel Mayo DMC 103v is a conventional CNC Machining centre. It has a Heidenhain 426b control and can be programmed on the shop floor or off line. Used mainly for finishing plate and bolster work for the Toolroom, Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, Boring, and Model making.  Combined with the Erowa work holding system production runs of precision components are possible. Finally with our programming facility using Delcam PowerSHAPE, and NC Graphics Machining Strategist accurate 3D forms can be achieved.

We have invested in shrink to fit tooling which also adds to the accuracy and finishes possible. Our Automatic Heat Shrink Jig allows consistency in tooling to be achieved faster.

Our Mikron WF 52C universal CNC machine has a removable universal head which lends itself to more complicated set-ups. The Mikron has an 11 HP motor giving it the torque required for more conventional machining. The machine can be programmed on or off line.
